Democrats think they own the votes of black Americans, and will bully and lie to keep them

It’s that time of year when we can expect retail stores to sell us Easter bunnies and chocolate. It has something to do with the resurrection of Jesus Christ. And it’s always in season for Democrats to sell us the idea that Republicans are racist.

Nothing the Democrats have done since losing the Civil War in 1865 has improved the quality of life in any way for the vast majority of black Americans. But it makes sense that Joe Biden’s party is dipping into its old bag of tricks, trying to convince its most loyal constituency to vote for it in the 2022 midterm elections. The latest acts of deception: claims the Republicans are racists who 1) don’t want to stop the lynchings; 2) are against black suffrage; and 3) do not want a black woman confirmed as a Supreme Court justice.

We play for fools

Let’s start with Emmett Till’s anti-lynching bill. Did you know that the original Congressional anti-lynching bill was first introduced in 1917 by a Republican, Representative Leonidas C. Dyer of St. Louis? He died of the filibuster of the Democrats. Lynchings kill exactly no black Americans each year. This has been true for decades. Abortion, on the other hand, is the number one killer of minorities, yet Democrats today care as little as before the lynching.

The new Emmett Till Bill (HR 55) adds nothing of substance to 18 US Code § 249 (the Hate Crime Acts). It would give judges the “discretion” to sentence those convicted of the crime of lynching to up to 30 years in prison, compared to the 10-year maximum sentencing guidelines for other hate crimes. But a judge could have achieved the same effect as a 25-year-to-life sentence simply by running consecutive sentences for all other crimes related to a lynching, such as kidnapping, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, serious murder, etc.

So this bill is just a dusty display outside the massage parlor called “Playing Blacks For Stupid”. It is nothing less than a political concubinage, where Democrats work as hard as they can to stoke and perpetuate the sacrament of fear. The goal? To keep blacks serving their political masters, the Democrats.

Kamala Harris brings the spin to Selma

According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, as of November 2020, 69% of the black American population was registered to vote. The Brennan Center for Justice reported in August 2021 that “more black Americans voted in 2020 than any presidential election since 2012.” Yet on March 6, 2022, Vice President Kamala Harris stood at a podium on the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, Alabama. She spoke to hundreds of black citizens who had always had the right to vote. But she claimed black people were being kept out of the polls, as if they hadn’t played a vital role in Barack Obama’s election as president twice.

The political party black Americans have come to trust manipulates them through fear. This strikes me as one of the greatest tragedies of modern civilization. One party, the Democrats, can dominate the votes of an entire ethnic group and use it to capture the wheel of power in almost any major city.

Hypocritical SCOTUS Games

In addition to whipping around this empty and token anti-lynching bill, the mainstream media is trying to do a racial litmus test by backing the confirmation of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.

The scenario here is simple: “Republicans are racists. They’re just acting and hiding it by refusing to ask Judge Jackson tough questions during an interview for a lifetime judicial appointment. Every day until Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is confirmed, CNN and the others will continue to remind us how Republican senators are trying hard not to remind black voters how racist they are, so that black voters don’t not show up at the voting booth to vote against them. The voting booth where they are not allowed to vote, that is. Can you keep the logic there?

The same party that used the filibuster to block Dyer’s anti-lynching bill in 1917 used the filibuster threat in 2005 to stop President GW Bush from nominating Janice Rogers Brown. She was a pro-life black Christian. Bush wanted her to replace Sandra Day O’Connor. But the only good and acceptable black Americans are those who vote obediently as the Democrats tell them. So Joe Biden led a successful filibuster threat.

We shouldn’t have to live in a society where partisan politics has become a pseudo-religion with all the trappings of cultural sacraments and faith for no reason. All Americans deserve better than political parties using fear, emotion and lies to manipulate their votes.
