Pursuant to judgment of foreclosure and sale dated October 23, 2019 and order appointing an alternate arbitrator rendered January 20, 2022, I will sell at public auction on the front vestibule of the Jefferson County Court Complex, 163 Arsenal St., Watertown, NY March 29, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., prem. k/a 512 John Street, Carthage, NY. Said property situated in the Village of Carthage, City of Wilna, County of Jefferson and State of NY, and bounded as follows, namely: On the east by a line parallel to the westerly margin of Alexandria Street and 123 feet from this one; on the north line parallel to the south line of a quarter acre ceded to Thomas Collins and Andrew Collins on December 17, 1857; and four rods south of it; on the west by a line parallel to the first boundary and 46 feet from it, and on the south by a line extending the southern line of 31/100 of an acre transmitted to Joseph Crowner on July 28, 1841. Being the same premises as conveyed by Libero A. Intorcia and Evelyn Intorcia, his wife, to Robert J. Hutchins and Beryl J.
