Said property situated in the Village of Carthage, City of Wilna, County of Jefferson and State of NY, and bounded as follows, namely: On the east by a line parallel to the westerly margin of Alexandria Street and 123 feet from this one; on the north line parallel to the south line of a quarter acre ceded to Thomas Collins and Andrew Collins on December 17, 1857; and four rods south of it; on the west by a line parallel to the first boundary and 46 feet from it, and on the south by a line extending the southern line of 31/100 of an acre transmitted to Joseph Crowner on July 28, 1841.
