Vegan Sandwich Co is wasting no time and is starting work on its third store in Rathmines. Vegan deli meats are heaven for non-meat eaters, creating substitutes that look and taste like the real thing. Their first store in Smithfield was hugely popular, which saw them open their second at Stephen’s Green Shopping Center earlier this year. Now they are ready to start again.
Vegan Sandwich Co took to Instagram to share the good news:
“I don’t know if we are crazy or what but yes we are doing it again and on our way to RATHMINES – opening this summer. I really never thought we would have three stores this year, but I strongly believe that if an opportunity presents itself then you should take it and this unit was just too good to pass up. The entire Swan Center floor is soon to be transformed and I’m delighted to say we’re going to be part of the new offering.”
We don’t have a launch date yet, but keep an eye on their social media; we’re sure they’ll have plenty of teasers for us. The new Vegan Sandwich Co will be in the Swan Center in the heart of Rathmines, which is currently undergoing refurbishment.
